Tesar teaches communications and policy in a northern context. He has a background as a journalist, working for CBC North for 12 years. Tesar also worked as head of communications for ITK, and head of Communications and External relations for WWF’s Global Arctic Programme. He is a contractor, providing educational, policy, and communications services to governments, NGOs, and Indigenous peoples’ organizations. He has a M.A. in Environmental Education and Communication.
