Hilary has worked as an analyst with DuPont Inc., and has consulted with the World Wildlife Fund, the MacArthur Foundation, AFNI, Mosaid, Merck, CPA, CGA, Global Affairs Canada and the Government of Cuba. He is a recognized expert in Cuban affairs, tourism and business. He has taught in Executive MBA programs in Hong Kong, as well Sprott’s MBA programs in Bogota, Shanghai and Qeshm. Research interests include Caribbean Economic Development and Tourism, Performance Management, Strategic Management and Blue Ocean Strategy.
Hilary is certified in Blue Ocean Strategy by the Blue Ocean Strategy Network (INSEAD University, France).
