Havakeshian is a PhD Candidate, under the supervision of Yvan Labiche, with the Department of Systems and Computer Engineering at Carleton University. She is a researcher at Ericsson Canada, where she was an Ericsson Fellow (2020-2022). Also, She, as Ericsson Intern, has been continuing her research, Test Cost Reduction of 5G and beyond Using Machine Learning techniques, at Ericsson Canada since 2022. Previously, she worked as a senior software engineer (2010-2020) at the Informatics Services Corporation (the biggest IT company in Iran, automating the banking industry).
