Delcellier is a dedicated health and safety professional with over 30 years experience in occupational health and safety, risk management, and emergency management. She is a trusted advisor and advocate and has held progressively more senior management roles with the University of Ottawa, and Carleton University. She continues to lead the Environmental Health and Safety Office for Carleton, and has a lead role within the Carleton pandemic response. Nancy holds an MBA in leadership, as well as a Bachelors degree in microbiology. She also holds the CRM (Certificate in Risk Management) and CRSP (Canadian Registered Safety Professional).
